Update: Counties seek alternative to state jail plan. December 7, 2007. Officials from across Maine propose to make jails more efficient while retaining local control. Read. The upcoming Child ID Day was discussed, and a tentative date was set in March. Volunteers are looking into funding for the kits, and helping on the day of the event. Please become involved and help us to provide every parent with this important kit that could be priceless if needed in an emergency. If you took a green card, at the meeting, with the 2008 meeting dates on it, please add June 18 to the list. For more information about the Lovell Neighborhood Watch, please call Roxanne at 925-3295. To help with the refreshments at a meeting, please call Corille at 925-3462. Winter is here and it'll be cold and slippery, so please watch a little closer for our elderly neighbors.
