What a good turnout of interested citizens at the watch meeting. There were lots of good questions, and discussions. Most of the discussion was about the current burglaries in the area, there have been 3 in Lovell this past month. Right now Waterford is being hit hard with break ins. Lt Gryzb,Tr. Fillebrown, Sgts. Ontengco and Baker gave good information to us about how to protect yourself, and your home, as well as reporting crimes. We cannot stress enough to report any and all things you see that are not just right. You are not bothering the officers or dispatch. That is what they do. Try to get the vehicle make and color information, and note if there is something odd about it. Maybe it is noisy, or has a dent in the door. Give clothing, and size information about people, maybe a tattoo, or hair description. It is easy and simple to call 911. Thanks to Pat Foley for making delish St. Patrick's Day cookies.
