Notes from the Lovell Neighborhood Watch Meeting: November 16, 2011

I am very happy to report the crime incidents in Lovell are low. Both police and sheriffs tell us things are very quiet.
Please think about your neighborhood watch... is it valuable to you? Participation is low, so if this is going to work, you need to attend meetings, communicate and report suspicous activity.
Feel free to call or email me. We must see some faces at the meetings! Remember only 10 meetings a year, no dues, no office to hold, and it is amazing what you can learn.
The State Police want to remind everyone slippery roads will soon be the norm. Check your tires, carry a flashlight, and a warm blanket. Most of all plan ahead and slow down.
Be sure to keep an eye on people that are shut in.
We will not meet during this upcoming holiday season. The next meeting is January 18, 2012. Please remember if there is a storm the night of any winter meetings, we will NOT meet.
Happy Thanksgiving
Thanks so much,
